But only the ones not outright given to you already, as far as I can tell. This is Not an end all, be all list - there's a Lot of mods not on here that can be useful or fun, and probably some mods on here you don't care for. Maybe you don't like shotguns! Maybe you don't care for reload speed on pistols! This is just a very general list for you to pick through At Some Point and be able to name stuff you don't have but do want
Things not listed here: Faction Mods, e.g. Cleanse Grineer, Expel Corpus, bc 1) there's one per faction per weapon type and that's a lot and 2) I don't use them. By all means you can and maybe should if you are switching your builds around anyway! I'm just lazy
Warframe
- Flow (max energy)
- Steel Fiber (armour)
- Rush (this is not as much Necessary Equipment as Potentially Fun. Do You Wanna Go Fast?) (sprint speed)
- Streamline (ability efficiency)
- Thief's Wit - a fun addition for the loot goblin (loot radar on your minimap)
Primary that isn't a shotgun
- Split Chamber (multishot)
- Hellfire (heat damage)
- Infected Clip (toxin damage)
- Point Strike (crit chance)
- Vital Sense (crit damage)
- Rifle Aptitude (status chance)
- Speed Trigger (fire rate)
- Fast Hands (reload speed)
Shotgun bc they are special for some reason
- Point Blank (damage)
- Hell's Chamber (multishot)
- Chilling Grasp (cold damage)

Melee
- Stance mods. Whatever melee weapon you wanna use, a stance mod is vital to getting you extra mod capacity and often better damage as well
- Fever Strike (toxin damage)
- Molten impact (heat damage)
- North Wind (cold damage)
- Shocking Touch (electric damage)
- True Steel (crit chance)
- Organ Shatter (crit damage)
- Melee Prowess (status chance)
- Reach (your mileage may vary but i personally really like it as a stat to boost) (range)
- Killing Blow (heavy attack damage and wind up speed)
Beast Companion
- Any survivability mods, up to you whether you wanna use the standalone ones or the ones that scale based on your warframe's stats
- Pack Leader (your melee hits heal your companion)
- Fetch (loot vacuum) (you might have gotten this automatically with your doggy??)
- Beast damage mods are ass to get/not really available early game so whatever you can fit on is good tbh
Robotic Companion
- A lot of overlap with beasts tbf
- Guardian (respawns your shields when they run out, 30s cooldown)
- Regen (faster companion recovery + invulnerable on recover for 10s)
- Spare Parts (some extra loot potential)
